If you are looking to compete in MMA, One To One MMA is where you want to be in Toronto. We are dedicated to building the next generation of fighters, with dedicated training times, personal coaching and a growing group of athletes looking to compete.

Teens MMA

Our Teens MMA Program (Ages 13-17) teaches fundamental striking, grappling, and self-defense in a fun, supportive, and safe environment. With expert coaching and a focus on skill development, fitness, and confidence-building, teens will gain valuable skills while staying active and engaged.

Our Kids MMA Classes Have Everything You’re Looking For in Youth Martial Arts  (Ages 4-7, 8-12) Fun, engaging, and technique-focused — our classes will help build your child’s confidence, work ethic, and self-defense skills in a safe and exciting environment.
We use games, interactive partner drills, and play-based learning to keep kids moving and motivated. This isn’t your typical neighborhood karate dojo — it’s real MMA, taught the right way!
